Easter Egg Hunt, Our annual Easter Egg hunt for the wee ones age 8 and under, on March 27 at 10:30 AM.
The children will be split into four age groups...2 and under, 3 and 4 yr olds, 5 and 6 yr olds, and 7 and 8 yr olds.
We had such a wonderfully o
verwhelming response to last year's hunt that this year we needed to make some adjustments to make sure it stays fun for everyoneand doesn't become overcrowded. Participants must come to the market this year to purchase a ticket for $1 each. If you do not purchase a ticket and bring it with you on the day of the hunt you will not be allowed to participate.
Tickets will be limited to 30 per age group and will be available beginning March 1. As always, we'll have baby farm animals to see, prizes to win and lots of wonderful things in the market. This is our first event of the new year and we love to start off with a bang....come join the fun!
Bring your lawn chairs and your cameras. There is fun for the whole family, with a wonderful variety of fun songs about farm life. (More about KJ at www.kjsmile.com.)
This is our most popular Make 'N Take craft, so please sign up early (call 766-8811). This class is limited to 20 children. We'll decorate pots and then choose and plant flowers in them. All supplies are included, as well as a snack and a drink for the kids. Wear your grubby farm clothes, bring gloves if you want (but it's more fun to get your hands dirty!). Rain or shine! We'll do the instruction and the messy work with your wee ones, but parents must stay to supervise. Cost is $5.00 per pot. Sign up by email, or call 766-8811. Father's Day Make 'N Take, Saturday, June 19, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.We're trying something new this year for the dads out there. All weekend long, we'll be celebrating the beauty of our lush cutting gardens where you can come and cut your own bouquet of flowers. Although our cutting garden is open from July until mid September, weather permitting, this particular weekend will be a special event:
Children's activitiesOur annual fun fort opens with a spectacular Grand Opening with lots of special children's activities. The Fun Fort will remain open daily from September 18-November 18. We'll also have fall parties, school tours, pumpkin picking, corn maze and more beginning in mid-September and continuing to mid-November.
The fort becomes a magical Christmas play area for children.

Looking for a unique party setting? Need room for the kids to run and play (and still keep your house clean)? We rent our group greenhouse for special parties. We provide covered space, tables, and optional activities and arts and crafts projects. We can even provide the cake and food, or you can bring your own.
